Previous positions include Estimating Manager at Harry Neal and Senior Estimator at Walter Lilly Co Ltd, contributing to a career that spans over three decades. Educationally, Gareth attended Wirral Grammar School for Boys from 1971 to 1977, laying the foundation for a successful career in construction estimation.

With offices in both Sydney and Brisbane, Xenia Constructions is a design-driven boutique construction organisation. We work a little differently to our peers by investing time to develop smarter designs that effectively de-risk our clients’ projects, achieve construction efficiencies, and better time, cost, and quality outcomes. By combining our in-house design management with the expertise of our experienced construction personnel, we have the capability to work with clients from pre-feasibility and design, through to construction, commissioning and handover. Privately owned, our clients deal directly with senior people within the business. We are flexible and agile, with the capability to make quick, responsive decisions that support the success of our clients’ projects. Since inception, Xenia Constructions has continued to grow and successfully deliver projects for our clients. We have the design and construction expertise to work with clients on a wide range of building works including new builds, refurbishments and fitouts of residential, retail, entertainment, and commercial sector properties.
