Joanna Zook

Joanna Zook has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on asset management and financial leadership. Joanna has held senior roles at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, LaSalle Hotel Properties, and HYATT Hotels. At Xenia Hotels & Resorts, they served as the VP of Asset Management. Prior to that, at LaSalle Hotel Properties, they also held the position of VP of Asset Management, overseeing a diverse hotel portfolio and leading teams to drive performance through revenue management strategies and expense saving initiatives. Joanna began their career at HYATT Hotels as a Controller, where they provided financial and management leadership for over twenty years, including developing budgets, forecasts, cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Joanna Zook completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Joanna attended the university from 1980 to 1984.
