Markus Hügel

Markus Hügel has a diverse work experience. Markus started as a Praktikant at Daimler AG in 2012. Markus then worked as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. from 2013 to 2014. Markus then joined Firmengruppe Simon, where they held multiple roles including Projektleiter Prozessentwicklung, Leiter Prozessentwicklung, and Lean Manager / Prozessentwicklungsingenieur from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Process Engineering at Xenios AG - a Fresenius Medical Care company starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Head of Product and Process Improvement at the same company from July 2021 to July 2022.

Markus Hügel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Allensbach Hochschule Konstanz in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik (Aerospace Engineering) from the University of Stuttgart from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science degree at École de technologie supérieure. Markus Hügel's education journey started with a Bachelor of Science degree in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik from the University of Stuttgart from 2009 to 2013. Markus has also acquired certifications as a Lean Trainer from STAUFEN. and as a Six Sigma Green Belt from SigmaPro Germany GmbH.
