Buelent Picakci

Buelent Picakci has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 1995, they worked at Bayer as a Chemical Technician for four years before becoming a Production Shift Supervisor. Buelent later transitioned into roles such as Junior Engineer, Project Engineer, and Betriebsingenieur. From 2009 to 2014, Buelent worked as an Improvement Manager at Bayer.

In 2015, they joined Covestro as the Head of Reliability, a position they held until 2016. Buelent then took on the role of Head of Infrastructure & Logistics from 2017 to 2021. Buelent later became a Transformation Manager and recently assumed the position of Head of Engineering MTP at Covestro in October 2022.

Buelent Picakci obtained their first educational qualification in 1999 when they completed their studies at IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein. Buelent earned a degree in Industriemeister Chemie after studying in this institution from 1999 to 2002. Continuing their academic pursuits, from 2003 to 2007, Buelent attended Hochschule Niederrhein. During this period, they graduated with a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur, specializing in Chemical Engineering.
