Ayushmaan Kapoor has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position as the Co-Founder of Xeno.in since 2015. At Xeno.in, they solve complex problems for the retail and QSR market by using AI+Humans to automate the analysis, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. This allows marketers to run personalized campaigns for individual customers across multiple marketing channels.

Prior to co-founding Xeno.in, Ayushmaan worked at CustomerXPs Software Private Limited from 2012 to 2015. Ayushmaan initially served as a Software Engineer, responsible for creating application end to end for real-time fraud monitoring and prevention. Later, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager, where they provided intuitive and intelligent software solutions for customer experience management, transaction monitoring, fraud management, and compliance, specifically in the banking sector. The Clari5 product suite created real-time intelligence to analyze and interpret transactions, helping banks prevent fraudulent activities and enhance customer engagement.

Ayushmaan Kapoor attended the Vellore Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
