Fahad Mir

Fahad Mir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fahad currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Xeno, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Fahad worked as the Head of Customer Success at Xeno from January 2020 to March 2022, where they led a high-performing team and executed cross-functional projects to study client needs and develop innovative marketing solutions. Additionally, Fahad served as an Enterprise Account Manager- Customer Success at Xeno from May 2019 to December 2019, consulting large and strategic clients in various industries. Before joining Xeno, Fahad worked as an Account Manager- Small and Medium Enterprises at Xeno from August 2018 to April 2019.

Before their time at Xeno, Fahad held the position of Head of Business Development at Mir Enterprises, a family business involved in stock trading of condiments and grocery items. Fahad successfully led the sales process and strategy, maximizing trade capacity and increasing operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration from July 2017 to August 2018.

Fahad started their career as an Audit Associate at EY from July 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they gained finance experience as a Finance Intern at HDFC Bank in May 2014.

Prior to that, they completed their XII degree from Delhi Public School in Srinagar in 2013. Their education history also includes completing their X degree from Burn Hall School in Srinagar in 2011. Additionally, Fahad obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from IIFCA Academy in India in September 2016, Portfolio Management from Christ University in Bangalore in September 2015, and Advanced MS Excel from Christ University in Bangalore in August 2015.
