Genie Nava

Genie Nava has a diverse work experience in marketing, project management, communications, and customer service. Genie worked at Xentris Wireless from 2011 to the present as the Director of Marketing, where they led a team in designing and implementing marketing materials, supporting internal and external partners, and developing marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Line Manager at Xentris Wireless, where they developed personalization products and managed key accounts. Before joining Xentris Wireless, they worked at Stone Investment, LLC as a Project and Account Manager, overseeing multiple projects and accounts. At Motorola Mobile Devices, they held various roles including Internal and Go-to-Market Communications Manager, Internal and Marketing Communications Manager, Quality and Consumer Advocacy Office Manager, Vendor Manager and Trainer, Trainer, Call Center Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, they managed communications, trained employees, improved call center operations, and developed employees' skills.

Genie Nava obtained an Associate of Science degree in General studies from McHenry County College between 1995 and 1997. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications at Northern Illinois University, completing it from 1997 to 1999.
