Sahil Malhotra

Sahil Malhotra is an experienced animation professional currently serving as the Animation Team Lead and Senior 3D Animator at Xentrix Studios since January 2022. Prior to this, Sahil operated as a Freelance Character Animator from July 2014 to January 2022 and held the position of Sr. Character Animator at 88 Pictures from May 2020 to November 2021. Earlier roles include character animator positions at Prime Focus, IDSPL, Charuvi Design Labs, Paprikaas Animation Studios, and a faculty role at Frameboxx Animations Visual Effects, where training in animation was provided. Sahil's foundational work involved low poly modeling and texturing at Applied Research International. Educational credentials include training at Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics and completion of 10+2 in the Science stream from TRM Public School. Proficient in industry-standard software like Maya, 3DS Max, and After Effects, Sahil has consistently delivered high-quality animation work throughout a diverse career.
