Nicole Neuenschwander

Nicole Neuenschwander is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Xepelin and an Advisor at ADN Mentores since May 2020, Nicole has held the position of Director and Gerente General at Autobahn S.A. since December 2015, where significant achievements include executing a turnaround plan that transformed the company's model from B2C to B2B, achieving a 40% reduction in expenses and over 10% improvement in operational EBITDA. Prior experience includes a role as Gerente Comercial at Migrante Sociedad Financiera and ABM FemCare Chile at Procter & Gamble, overseeing product launches and marketing strategies.
