Richard Peasey has extensive experience in service delivery and management within the print and IT sectors. Currently serving as Service Delivery / Docucare Manager at Xeretec Ltd, Richard leads a team of Docucare technicians to provide excellent service to clients in London. Previous roles include Technical Operations Manager at Midwich, where Richard managed a comprehensive managed print service, and Key Account Manager at Rockford. Richard's long tenure at The Danwood Group encompassed various leadership positions, including Assistant Regional Service Director and Regional Service Manager, with responsibilities ranging from managing service teams to ensuring customer satisfaction across a significant device base. Richard began their career in the photocopying industry as a Field Technician and progressed through various technical and managerial roles.
