Aubrey Papaeliou (Barry), MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various roles within human resources. Aubrey currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Their previous positions include Associate Director of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner at the same company. Before joining Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Aubrey worked at White Lodging Services as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Aubrey also held the title of Human Resources Manager and successfully oversaw the recruitment strategy for the opening of a new restaurant in downtown Chicago. Prior to that, they worked at Kate Spade & Company as an Assistant Store Manager and at Target as an Executive Team Leader and Human Resources Team Member.
