Ehsan Karim

Ehsan Karim is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading data teams and driving data initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Xero since December 2021, Ehsan oversees a diverse team and ensures the high-quality development of data products. Previous roles include Lead Data Scientist at Airtasker, where mentorship and team guidance were prioritized, and Data Science Lead at Hireup. Ehsan also held significant positions at Pathao, managing teams and providing strategic insights directly to executives, as well as contributing to innovative machine learning products.
