Janet Ward is an accomplished founder and manager with extensive experience in accounting, business strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Founder of Award Super Solutions and Bizzness Buddy, which offers professional accounting services and business coaching, Janet has also held the position of Global XSBI Operations Manager at Xero since November 2021. Previously, Janet was the Director and Owner/Manager of Operations at Klyp, contributing to its growth as a leading digital marketing agency, and served as a Manager at Quill Group and Director at KMW Accountant, focusing on taxation, accounting, and business advice for small to medium enterprises. Additionally, Janet has experience as a consultant for GovtGrants and as an Accountant at Hall Chadwick QLD. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland and a BA in Recreation Administration from Griffith University.
