Kaixin Shum

KaiXin Shum is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and previously as Engineering Team Lead at Xero since June 2021, KaiXin has held key roles at several other companies. From February 2019 to June 2021, KaiXin was Development Team Lead and Software Developer at Vista Entertainment Solutions. Earlier experience includes software development positions at Trade Me, Immediate Media Co, Big Pink, Redvespa Consultants Limited, and Proaxiom Holdings Ltd. KaiXin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Ecology, and Biodiversity from Victoria University of Wellington, completed in 2009.
