Luke Stubbles

Luke Stubbles is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and digital technology management. Currently serving as VP/GM of Engineering at Xero since April 2022, Luke previously held the position of Interim CIO at Ignition Advice, and served as Director of Technology at Sparx, where the focus was on customer-centric solutions and team leadership. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at SafetyCulture and Head of Digital Technology at Tabcorp, where significant contributions included building a delivery team and launching products across multi-billion dollar sales channels. Luke's earlier career features positions such as Agile Coach at News Ltd, Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks, Software Engineer at Systematic Software Engineering Ltd, and Team Lead at LogicaCMG. Luke holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
