Vikash Chhaganlal, currently the Head of Engineering at Xero, oversees Direct, Growth, and AI product engineering teams to promote scale and growth. Previously, at Kiwibank, Vikash served as the Acting GM Engineering and Infrastructure, leading technology teams to experiment with new technologies and promoting modern engineering practices. With a background in Test Engineering and QA, Vikash has a proven track record of providing leadership and guidance in various technology companies, including Chorus NZ Limited, Spark New Zealand, and Air New Zealand. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems and Services and certifications in ISTQB and PRINCE2, Vikash brings a wealth of expertise in software testing and engineering practices.
