Catarina Ventura

Catarina Ventura is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and customer support. Currently serving as the Supplies Replenishment Operations Manager at Xerox since February 2012, Catarina is responsible for supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives across North America and Europe, particularly within the Consumables Supply Chain. Previous roles at Xerox include Automatic Supplies Replenishment Operational Lead and Service Desk Team Leader. Prior to Xerox, Catarina worked at Optimus - Comunicações S.A. managing customer complaints and internal escalations, and at Galp Energia providing customer support. Catarina holds a degree in History from the University of Lisbon.
