Debra Patsky

Debra Patsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and sales effectiveness, currently serving as the Global Leader of Sales Effectiveness at Xerox since January 2019. Prior to this role, Debra held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Global Imaging Systems from May 2014 to December 2018 and served as SVP of Human Resources. Debra's earlier career includes significant roles at Sensata Technologies as VP of Global Business HR and Worldwide Director of Business HR, as well as VP of Human Resources at Ricoh Americas Corporation. Debra began professional career in human resources as a Director at Champion International and served in the US Air Force as SSgt from June 1982 to December 1987. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, along with additional studies at Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
