Lewis Cousens

Lewis Cousens is an experienced Unified Communications Service Delivery Manager currently at Xerox since April 2021, previously serving in multiple roles at ITEC UK from July 2016, including UC Service Delivery Manager and Unified Communications Team Leader. Lewis has a robust technical background, starting as a Network Engineer at Cornwall Council from September 2009 to July 2016, where expertise in Mitel 3300 systems and network configurations was developed.
