Melanie Maggio

Melanie Maggio serves as the VP of Core Engineering Strategy & Operations at Xerox, where responsibilities include managing a $170M+ R&D budget, overseeing engineering IT operations, and facilitating cross-departmental communication to align objectives. With a commitment to process improvement and transformation, Melanie leads strategic initiatives and special projects while also managing the Service Solutions Technical Project Manager Center of Excellence. Prior roles at Xerox include Chief of Staff positions across various divisions, focusing on strategy development and risk management. Melanie has also directed the Program Management Office for the Managed Print Services Business and has previous experience as Director of Systems Development at Rochester Community Savings Bank and Project Manager at GE. Educational credentials include an MBA in Information Technology & Marketing from the University of Rochester and a BS in Finance and Computer Science from The College of Saint Rose.
