Timothy Federation possesses extensive financial expertise with over 30 years in various leadership roles, primarily at Xerox. Currently serving as VP Finance for Global Supply Chain and Equipment Manufacturing, Timothy oversees a $500M operational budget within a $2B cost production organization, emphasizing strategic development and implementation. Experience includes previous roles as Controller for Western Hemisphere Supply Chain and Accounting Manager for U.S. Revenue and Receivables at Xerox, as well as Financial Controller at Johnson & Johnson - Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics. Timothy's career began with significant roles at Rochester Lead Works and as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Krauss, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.
