Todd Henke

Todd Henke, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of Executive & Global Compensation and Equity at Xerox since October 2023. Previously, Todd held the position of Vice President of Executive Compensation and Global Total Rewards at Seagate Technology from April 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Total Rewards strategy and preparing materials for the Compensation Committee. Additional experience encompasses roles at Longnecker & Associates, including Director and Senior Director, focusing on executive compensation consultancy; and positions at Perrigo Company plc and several mortgage corporations, where Todd managed executive compensation and secondary marketing functions. Todd earned a BA in Marketing/Management from Texas Lutheran University.
