Zach Henick

Zach Henick is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Counsel for M&A and Ventures at Xerox since November 2021. Previously, Zach held associate positions at Ropes & Gray LLP from March 2019 to August 2021 and at White & Case LLP from September 2014 to February 2019. Prior to their legal career, Zach was the CEO and Co-Founder of Tailwaiters, Inc. from August 2008 to August 2011. Zach earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
