Andrea Velarde

Andrea Velarde has a total of 12 years of work experience across different companies. Andrea began their career at HP, where they held multiple roles, including Marketing Support and Execution, Supplies Specialist, and Resellers Specialist. At Microsoft, they worked for a total of six years, holding roles such as Commercial Marketing Lead, Retail Channel Marketing, Business Program Manager South Region, and Business Program Manager CVP Office LATAM. During their time at Microsoft, they developed marketing and funding strategies, implemented Power BI dashboards to improve business planning, pipeline and forecast management, and managed weekly business status. Andrea worked at Coloma Facilities as a Business Process Manager, where they automated business processes for the facilities management for 24 residential buildings. Currently, they work as the Head of Sales at Xertica.

Andrea Velarde obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and System Engineering from Universidad de Piura in 2011. Andrea later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International MBA from EADA Business School from 2018 to 2019. In addition, Andrea has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, Microsoft, Crehana, Gamelearn, and Nanyang Technological University. These certifications include Excel Macros and VBA for Beginners, Kellogg: Insights & Analytics, and Accessibility in Action, among others, obtained from 2018 to 2022.
