Dayan Velásquez

Dayan Velásquez has worked for three companies in the past four years. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist for Xertica, where they were responsible for updating Google licenses in LATAM, managing Salesforce CRM, constructing Data Studio dashboards and databases, managing and handling customers (NPS and CSAT), and designing the company's internal intranet using Lumapps. Dayan also handled business management and process supervision, as well as B2B and B2C customer management. In 2021, they became the Vicepresident of Professional Exchanges for AIESEC in Colombia. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Team Leader for AIESEC, where their areas of responsibility included people management, university relations, marketing, sales, and finance and legal management.

Dayan Velásquez obtained their degree in Negocios y relaciones internacionales from Universidad de La Salle between 2015 and 2020. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: Youth Speak Forum from AIESEC in November 2020, NEOLAIA: Liderazgo y Participación from Universidad de La Salle in June 2019, GLOBAL COLLABORATION CERTIFICATE from X-Culture in April 2018, and Primer Congreso de Economía y Política Internacional from Universidad de La Salle in October 2015.
