Steph Korey Goodwin

Steph Korey Goodwin is currently serving as an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures, a company that invests in female founders and mixed-gender teams. Steph previously co-founded and served as CEO of Away, a company that reached a valuation of $1.4 billion. Steph has also held positions at Casper, Warby Parker, kate spade new york, and Bloomingdale's. Steph holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
