BalaKrishnan (BK) has over 12 years of experience in the IT staffing and recruitment industry. BalaKrishnan began their career in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter at Denoka Services. In 2011, they moved to Trident Consulting Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Lead. In 2013, they joined IT Trailblazers as a Team Lead. In 2014, they were hired as an Account Manager at KRG Technologies Inc. In 2016, they became the Head of Client Services and Global Delivery at a Confidential company. In 2018, they joined Xforia Technology Solutions and Services as the Chief Recruitment Officer (CRO) & SVP and VP - Global Head. In 2020, they became the Senior Vice President at Klap6. Throughout their career, BK has managed key accounts, developed recruiting strategies, and implemented strategies for building team effectiveness. BalaKrishnan has also been responsible for market research, maintaining a database, and establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with hiring managers.

BK completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Madras Christian College and previously attended St.Mary's Mat.Hr.Sec.School.
