Ines Pevzner

Ines Pevzner has worked in a variety of roles in the recruiting and business development industry since 2011. Ines began their career as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter at Speed Commerce in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Pearl Technology Holdings as a National Account Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for UnitedHealth Group RPO and Intel RPO. In 2021, they moved to Randstad Sourceright as a Talent Delivery Manager supporting Ericsson. In 2022, they joined Andiamo Partners as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Northwestern Mutual. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Business Development for Xforia Technology Solutions and Services.

Ines Pevzner has a background in International Business from The University of Texas at Dallas and has attended University of North Texas. In addition, they obtained their Human Resource Management Certification from Collin College in April 2015.
