Selva Vignesh has been working in the IT recruitment industry since 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they were a US IT Recruiter at KRG Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for researching, identifying, screening and placing technical and professional level personnel. Selva then moved to Cubestech Ltd in 2020, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, sourcing and networking with passive candidates to identify top talent in a competitive technology area. In 2022, they took on two roles simultaneously: Senior Information Technology Recruiter at Xforia Technology Solutions and Services, where they were responsible for fetching resumes, dealing with vendors/candidates, and screening and shortlisting candidates; and Delivery Executive at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited, where they worked exclusively for the regions of UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and India.

Selva Vignesh completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering between 2011 and 2015.
