Brad is a results-driven business leader with more than 20 years of experience in directing the delivery of innovative payment and financial technology solutions. His experience includes the creation and management of high performing executive, sales and product delivery teams, and effective engagement with key suppliers and integrated distribution partners. Brad’s skillset includes revenue generation, team creation and leadership, and creative sales and marketing strategies within direct and partner/channel sales structures. He applies an analytical approach to solving complex problems, and effective planning and performance management to exceed business targets. With a concise communication style Brad cultivates trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrates his commitment to operational excellence. Before taking the helm at Xformative, Brad served as President of SwervePay, as President of BluePay, and as VP of Business Development at EZIC. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Northern Arizona University.
