CaSondra (Stinson) Maass has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. CaSondra currently holds the position of Manager of Pharmaceutical Project Management at XGen Pharmaceuticals DJB, where they manage the product development project pipeline, assigns and prioritizes resources, and collaborates with sales and marketing to develop new business. Prior to this, CaSondra worked as a Project Manager Contract at Eisai US from September 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Eisai US, CaSondra worked as a Project Manager at X-GEN Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from July 2018 to September 2020. CaSondra was responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

CaSondra started their pharmaceutical industry career as a Senior Associate, NPD at ChemWerth Inc. in January 2016, where they provided project management, regulatory, and technical support for API projects in overseas manufacturing sites. Prior to this, they worked as an NPD Associate at ChemWerth Inc. from September 2013 to December 2015, focusing on technical support, project management, and product research.

Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, CaSondra gained experience in the education sector. CaSondra worked as a QU Bookstore Associate at Follett Higher Education Group from July 2012 to February 2014.

CaSondra also worked as a Tutor and Student Instructor at LSSU Learning Center from January 2011 to May 2012, where they mentored and engaged students in coursework, particularly in the field of chemistry and statistics.

CaSondra began their professional career as a Chemistry Lab Assistant at Lake Superior State University from January 2008 to May 2012. In this role, they coordinated lab safety, prepared lab experiences, trained new lab workers, and organized lab stock to improve efficiency.

CaSondra (Stinson) Maass completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Molecular & Cell Biology from Quinnipiac University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Forensic Chemistry from Lake Superior State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, CaSondra has obtained several certifications. CaSondra obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in May 2023. In August 2020, they completed the "Epidemiology in Public Health Practice Johns Hopkins University Specialization" and the "Outbreaks and Epidemics" courses from Coursera. In July 2020, they completed the "Surveillance Systems: Analysis, Dissemination, and Special Systems" and the "Surveillance Systems: The Building Blocks" courses, also from Coursera. In June 2020, they completed the "Data and Health Indicators in Public Health Practice" course from Coursera, and in May 2020, they completed the "Essential Epidemiologic Tools for Public Health Practice" course. Prior to that, in March 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In February 2016, they completed the "Presenting with Impact" course from Dale Carnegie, and in December 2015, they obtained the Regulatory Affairs Certification: Pharmaceuticals from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
