Albert Zhang

Albert Zhang is a Strategic Talent Partner at Xiaohongshu, responsible for strategic hiring in Monetization, Transaction, and Data Science since December 2022. Previously, Albert served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Airwallex, overseeing non-tech and product roles, and progressed through various HR positions there from 2018 to 2022. Albert's career began as a Management Trainee at Lucas Group, and earlier experiences include roles at Mercer and Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Electrification from Northeast Agricultural University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Jilin University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
