Mi Yang

Mi Yang currently serves as the Head of XHS for Business - Luxury and Offline Services Industries at Xiaohongshu since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of the Ride Hailing Business at 99, where significant breakthroughs were sought in a $2Bn+ business during the pandemic, and multiple leadership roles at DiDi, including Head of LatAm Expansion, achieving market leadership in Colombia and Chile, and overseeing operations in a highly competitive environment. Earlier roles also include regional management positions at Uber, where business growth by 40X was accomplished in 18 months, and a Vice President role at BNY Mellon focusing on Depositary Receipts. Mi Yang's educational background includes an M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from Tsinghua University.
