Xuelian Meng

Xuelian Meng is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP Leader at Xiaohongshu since December 2023. Prior to this role, Xuelian held the position of HRVP at Cyclone Robotics from July 2022 to August 2023. At DiDi from May 2018 to June 2022, Xuelian led HRBP operations for DiDi Brazil and managed HR functions as the HRBP head for the Russia and EECA region, focusing on new country launches, team buildup, and cultural diversity initiatives. Xuelian also contributed to international business as the HR COE lead, handling post-acquisition integration, talent incentives, and performance management. Xuelian's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director - Consulting at Mercer from July 2015 to April 2017 and as a Senior Consultant at Hay Group from October 2013 to July 2015. Xuelian holds a Bachelor's degree from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, completed in July 2008.
