Steve Werner

Steve Werner is the current Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Xiber. Before taking on this role, Steve was with Lake Lemon Marina as their Simon Property Group Senior Staff Attorney from February 2020 to August 2020. In this role, Steve was responsible for reviewing and negotiating short-term leases nationwide, as well as managing global Intellectual Property matters. From August 2020 to February 2022, Steve served as Xiber's Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. In this role, Steve was responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the company. Prior to their current role, Steve served as Xiber's VP Customer Operations and In-house Counsel from June 2019 to February 2020.

Steve Werner began their educational career by obtaining a B.A. in Political Science/Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington. Steve then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they obtained their J.D. After law school, they participated in a Spanish Immersion Program through the Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México. Finally, they attended the Harvard Negotiation Institute Intensive Workshop at Harvard University.

Their manager is Stephen Hon, Founder, President & CTO. Steve Werner works with Fernando Lizcano - Director of Transmission Engineering, John Drexler - Vice President, Strategic Sales, and John Leggat - Financial Controller.
