Charlotte Johnson

Charlotte Johnson is currently the Group Head of Client Services at Xeim. In this role, Charlotte oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, Customer Reporting Analysts, and Customer Service Representatives. Prior to Xeim, Charlotte worked as a Project Manager at Centaur Media Plc and as a Senior Project Manager at Econsultancy. Charlotte has also worked as an Account Executive, Marketing Assistant, and Administrative Assistant at various companies. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Sociology from the University of Exeter.
