Catherine Baldwin

Catherine (Cassie) Baldwin is an experienced project and customer support manager with a diverse background in optimizing processes and enhancing customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Xigent since January 2023, Catherine provides exemplary customer service while coordinating resources for projects. Catherine has also worked as a Systems/Procedure and Policy Consultant at Sumption & Wyland since January 2018, focusing on improving workflow efficiencies and client policies.
