Hugh Voigt has a strong background in executive leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and growth strategy. Hugh started their career at IBM Corporation, where they served as Director and Business Unit Executive for 15 years. Voigt then became the President and CEO of Espiria, an information security software and consulting company. Hugh later joined Solutionary, Inc. as Executive Vice President, where they held various roles including EVP Sales & Marketing, Product Management, and leader of the software business. Voigt also served as the CEO of Northland Systems and Upward Revisions, LLC. In addition, they have extensive experience as a board member and advisor for various companies, helping them with growth strategy and M&A activities.
Hugh Voigt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from St. Olaf College in 1982. Hugh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics & Economics at Iowa State University from 1982 to 1983. Later, they completed an MBA in General Management at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1986 to 1989.
