George Hernandez has extensive work experience in software engineering, data engineering, and management.

George is currently working as a Lead Full Stack Engineer at XIL Health, where they are responsible for full-stack software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, and SysOps. George has expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP and utilizes Jenkins for code and data pipelines.

Prior to their current role, George worked at Roji Health Intelligence for over 20 years, starting as the Chief of Applications. George was one of the founding members of the company and played a crucial role in developing the original core app and database. George held both hands-on and management responsibilities during their tenure.

George also has experience as a Data Engineer at Rush University Medical Center, where they worked on database work for reports and developed a web app for multidimensional analysis (MDA) with online analytical processing (OLAP).

Additionally, George worked as a Software Engineer at Roush, where they utilized various computer skills such as VB6, COM, MTS, VID, VSS, VBS, JS, ASP, HTML, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server. George was the lead developer for the 2001 Site Update of the company's website and created an Intranet application for managing licensed artwork.
