Melissa Minello

Melissa Minello has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at XIL Health as a Project Manager starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they spent four years at CoverMyMeds, where they held multiple positions including Associate for Digital Pharmacy Operations, Certified Pharmacy Technician, and Account Coordinator. From 2017 to 2017, Melissa worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Giant Eagle, Inc. Melissa also has experience as a Drug Information and Compliance Specialist at REMS Logic from 2014 to 2016 and as a Pharmacy Triage Technician at Heartland Healthcare Svc in 2015. Additionally, Melissa has experience in the education sector, having held roles as a Resident Advisor, Tour Guide Coordinator, and Tour Guide at the University of Toledo from 2011 to 2014.

Melissa Minello completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Melissa has earned the certification of Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in June 2019. Furthermore, in April 2023, Melissa obtained the Core App certification from Smartsheet.
