Katarina Luptakova

Katarina Luptakova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the medical field. Katarina currently holds the position of SVP, Medical at Xilio Therapeutics, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as VP, Clinical Research at the same company from December 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Xilio Therapeutics, Inc., Katarina worked at Constellation Pharmaceuticals as VP, Clinical Development from April 2020 to October 2021.

From March 2018 to April 2020, they held the role of Senior Medical Director, Clinical Research at TESARO, Inc. Katarina previously worked as a Medical Director, Clinical Research at the same company from September 2017 to March 2018.

Katarina also has experience in various roles at Takeda Oncology. Katarina served as an Associate Medical Director/Medical Director, Global Medical Affairs from September 2015 to August 2017.

Their earlier experience includes working at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as an Attending physician in Hematologic Malignancies and Bone Marrow Transplant from July 2011 to August 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Fellow in Hematology Oncology at the same medical center from July 2008 to June 2011.

Before their roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Katarina served as a Hospitalist and Chief Resident at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Katarina also worked as a Resident Physician at the same medical center from July 2003 to June 2006.

Katarina began their career as a Research Associate at UMass Medical School from February 2001 to June 2003.

Katarina Luptakova pursued their education at Comenius University School of Medicine in Bratislava, Slovakia, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
