Hans de Kruijff has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hans began their career at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as an OIO and worked there for four years. Hans then joined LBi Lost Boys, where they held various positions, including Business Unit Manager Services and Competence Lead Services. After their time at LBi Lost Boys, Hans worked at Strawberries as a Manager Services for a brief period. Hans then moved on to I-Company, where they served as a Manager Operations. Following that, Hans joined Emark as the Head of Project Management Team / Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are working at Xinaps as the COO.

Hans de Kruijff pursued their education in Biochemistry, starting with their enrollment at Hogeschool Alkmaar from 1987 to 1991. Hans obtained their Ing degree during this period. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) where they furthered their studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, earning a Drs degree.
