Camilla Wennersten

Camilla Wennersten has held a variety of roles in the clinical development field since 2002. Camilla began their career at ICON Clinical Research as a Clinical Study Leader/Monitor. In 2002, they joined AstraZeneca R&D Lund as a Patient Safety Scientist and Clinical Study Delivery Leader. In 2013, they joined Novo Nordisk A/S as an International Trial Manager, and Alligator Bioscience AB as a Clinical Operations Director and Senior Clinical Operations Manager. In 2021, they joined Xintela AB as Director of Clinical Development.

Camilla Wennersten began their educational journey at Erik Dahlbergsgymnasiet in Jönköping. Camilla then moved on to Stockholm University, where they earned an MSc in Biochemistry, Toxicology, and Pharmacology in 1997. From there, they attended Karolinska Institutet and earned a PhD in Toxicology in 2001. In 2010, they completed a course in Applied Project Management at Wenell.
