Annette Gannaway-Hudson

Annette Gannaway-Hudson, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Annette worked at Confidential as the Executive Vice President of Administrative Services, where they successfully launched an organizational restructuring project and implemented a comprehensive performance management review tool. Annette also utilized benefits utilization reports and employee surveys to improve benefit quality and reduce annual benefits expenditures.

At Our Children's Homestead, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Continuous Quality Improvement, streamlining contract and system monitoring and coordinating a force reduction that resulted in significant cost savings and reduced employee turnover.

Annette also worked as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Corinthian Colleges, Inc., providing high-quality instruction to undergraduate students.

Prior to that, at Our Children's Homestead, they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Continuous Quality Improvement, overseeing agency quality improvement activities and directing regulatory compliance efforts. Before joining Our Children's Homestead, Annette worked at One Hope United as a Foster Home Licensing Representative and an Intensive In-Home Therapist, ensuring compliance with foster care rules, investigating allegations of child neglect and abuse, and providing counseling services to individuals and families.

Their early work experience includes serving as a CPRC Jr. Casemanager at Hopewell Center, where they provided casework services to children with mental health disorders and conducted educational workshops on mental illness.

Annette Gannaway-Hudson, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from Lincoln University (MO). Annette further pursued their education at Lincoln University, obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology and Guidance and Counseling. Additionally, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in May 2021.
