Yana Lychova

Yana Lychova has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Yana currently works as the Head of People Attraction at Xitee k.s. since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at LPP S.A. since April 2019. Yana also worked at Amazon, where they served as an HR Business Partner from September 2016 to October 2017, and as an EU Operations / Technical Recruiter from June 2013 to August 2016. Yana Lychova began their career at Honeywell as a Staffing Specialist from March 2011 to March 2013, where they were responsible for recruitment processes and collaborated with hiring managers on staffing strategies. Yana also had additional responsibilities in HR marketing and university relations. Before that, they worked as a Consultant in the Finance & Banking sector at Reed Specialist Recruitment from November 2010 to March 2011, and as a recruitment consultant in Finance & Banking / Internal Auditor at Grafton Recruitment from June 2008 to October 2010.

Yana Lychova attended Prague University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2011, where they studied Business Administration.
