Maria Augusta brings 10+ years of Telco and banking experience to XIUS.

At XIUS, she is Customer Relationship Manager for LatAm and plays a key role in building strong long term customer relationship and satisfaction. Her focused approach on goals, team engagement, better understanding of technical and commercial aspects enables her to improve customer experience and enhance relationships.

Prior to XIUS, she played a key role in developing the right strategy for setting up the revenue channels for mobile operators. With customer satisfaction as her primary goal she has successfully implemented best practices of the industry. She also played the role of Information Technology and Account Management of large companies in Ecuador. She was responsible for the commercial relationship of key client and their strategic growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Managerial Skills.
