Lior Mainfeld Dizengoff

Lior Mainfeld Dizengoff has a wealth of work experience. Lior began their career in 2005 as an electro-optics technician in the Israeli Air Force. In 2008, they joined HP as a Digital Printing Presses Integration Technician, then became a Shift Team Lead in the HP Indigo division. In this role, they directed a team of 12-18 technicians to meet product and plant quality, output and delivery goals. Lior also developed individual technician skills and group teamwork, guided manufacturing duration, led quality investigations and case studies, supported engineering developments, preformed quarterly and annually evaluation conversations, and overcame D2D challenges. Finally, in 2018, they joined XJet Ltd. as a Research Development Test Engineer.

Lior Mainfeld Dizengoff received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bar-Ilan University from 2012 to 2016.
