Juan Silva

Juan Silva is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) sector. Currently serving as a Senior MEP Engineer at XL Construction since May 2020, Juan has previously held the position of General Engineer II at Syserco, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2020. During a brief stint as a Design Engineering Intern at Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. in mid-2013, Juan gained valuable hands-on experience. Educationally, Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2014.
