Donata Muscella

Donata Muscella has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in regional accounting operations and ceded reinsurance. Donata is currently serving as the Head of Regional Accounting Operations for Ceded Reinsurance at AXA XL, a division of AXA, since 2018. Prior to this role, they held various positions at XL Catlin, including Head of Regional Accounting Operations, Ceded Reinsurance, Manager of Technical Operations, Assistant Manager of Reinsurance Administration, Senior Reinsurance Accountant, Management Information Analyst, and Reinsurance Accountant. Donata has been with XL Catlin since 2002.

Donata Muscella attended Kaunas University of Technology from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Probability and Statistics. Donata has also obtained various certifications, including an Associate certification in Insurance Accounting and Finance, an Associate certification in Risk Management, and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes and The Institutes CPCU Society.
