Graeme Lea has extensive experience in quality management, starting with their role as a QA Goods Inwards Inspector for Stadium Group PLC in 1988. Graeme then progressed to roles as a Quality Technician and later as a Quality Technician, where they were responsible for controlling the Goods Inwards department and staff, as well as liaising with suppliers and issuing defect analysis reports. In 1992, they joined Flymo as a Quality Technician, where they conducted quality checks, audits, and capability studies, and coordinated quality information for the Samsung PC Monitor project. Graeme then moved on to roles as a Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer for Nifco UK Limited and Stadium Group PLC, respectively, where they were the first point of contact for quality concerns and introduced and maintained APQP timing plans. In 2004, Graeme became a Quality Manager for Anixter Fasteners and was responsible for managing customer and supplier concerns, implementing quality system requirements, and conducting gap analyses for ISO14001 certification. Graeme then joined Formula Plastics Limited in 2007 as a Quality Manager and later as the Quality Director. In these roles, they had total responsibility for all compliant legislation and was developing a strategy to move towards accreditation to TS16949. Lastly, Graeme became the Head of Quality for XL Precision Technologies Ltd in 2016.
